The Satisfaction Guarantee applies if:
- The scope of work that you were charged for was not completed to your satisfaction.
- The service must have been completed within the past 7 days.
- Payment for your service must have been made in full.
If your claim is based on any changes you make to the scope of work during or after the performance of a service appointment, the Satisfaction Guarantee may not apply. You will receive an update on your claim in 1-2 business days.
*Money back guarantee expires 7 days after initial service is completed and is at the sole discretion of UV Micro and applies only on those services that have been proven to be in dispute. Moreover, all successful claims will be reimburse up to 75% of the original service cost.
