Wear Instructions. 1 Place thumb through the hole at the top of product. Let strap hang down over the back of your hand. 2 Bring support under the wrist and back around the top of wrist. Secure hook fastener. 3 Adjust support until it fits firmly, yet comfortably. Size Selection. For left or right hand, this support is adjustable to fit most wrists.
